The Christian Coaches Network will be hosting an online conference, the IMPACT 2014 eSummit on September 29 through October 3, 2014. This is a unique event designed specifically for Christian coaches and industry leaders. The official Christian Coaches Network website (www.christiancoaches.com) defines Christian coaching as “a professional relationship focused on empowering a person or group to effect change, create new awareness, move into action and step into abundant Christian life in business and in personal areas”.

“We’ve had physical conferences before, and we’ve had an online eSummit before,” says executive director Marcie Thomas, “but this by far is our biggest online conference up to this point.”

The conference is gaining interest and registrants from all over the globe, including those from Japan, China, New Zealand, Australia, and all over the United States.

The eSummit will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions and sessions from pioneers and experts in the Christian Coaching field. To see a full lineup of speakers, visit the conference website shown below. The event will include a kickoff with a pre-summit series on September 24th. A special addition to this year’s conference will be an awards presentation, including recognition for Presenter of the Year Award and The Judy Santos Award for Coaching Excellence.

Each online session of the IMPACT 2014 eSummit will include proven strategies and best practices from industry pioneers and leaders that will equip attendees to improve their coaching practice. Those who should consider attending this event include Christian coaches, managers, leaders, and pastors who use a coaching approach in their endeavors to work with others. “Coaching is impacting businesses as well as church and non-profit ministries in a positive way. Lives are being changed as people are coached through life issues. Our goal is to provide the timely, relevant and practical information that will equip coaches and leaders to maximize this impact wherever God has placed them,” says Thomas.

CCNAs is stated on their website, the Christian Coaching Network’s mission is to further the advancement of excellence, professional coaching standards, and ethics in the Christian coaching industry. CCN endeavors to carry out this mission by credentialing coaches who coach professionally from a Christian perspective (eSummit attendees do receive CCEU’s); supporting coaches through professional development, networking, and business support; promoting ministries, organizations, and training programs that align with professional standards; sharing information on how Christians can enter the coaching field; and connecting Christians with professional coaches.
