Saran Chumley Joins Rhonda Frye and Riverside

Ringgold, GA (February 6, 2014)  Rhonda Frye is pleased to announce an addition to Rhonda Frye And Riverside.  Saran Chumley joins Rhonda, Lauren Huckabee and Jennifer Peace lending her soprano vocals to the IMG_0591progressive ladies group based out of North Georgia. Saran grew up in East Texas and was blessed with many musical opportunities. She sang in children’s choirs, participated in local plays and musicals and then earned a music degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. Saran currently teaches voice and piano lessons and is on staff at the Steve Hurst School of Music.

“I am absolutely thrilled,” Rhonda said. “I have wanted to put together an all ladies group for a long time. For one, an all-female vocal group is unique in sound, but this will also allow us to minister to ladies groups. Saran is a great fit to our ministry team. Our heart’s desire is to use music to help people experience a real and relevant relationship with Christ. From the day I met Saran, I knew there was something special about her and I also knew that someday we would minister together. That someday is now and I couldn’t be happier or more eager to see what God is going to do.”

Saran added, “I could not be more excited about this opportunity that God has placed in my life. These are the sweetest girls I have ever met. I have grown to love not only their voices and music, but their hearts for the ministry. I am so ready to dive in and see how the Lord is going to use Rhonda Frye and Riverside. I feel so honored, blessed, and thankful to be a part of this!”

Saran is coming on board right after Rhonda Frye and Riverside released their first national radio single, “Looking Out For You,” on Patterson Promotion’s  Compilation Disc Volume 13.  DJ’s can download the single at http://pattersonpromotions.com/.
