Written by SGN Scoops Staff on May 6, 2015 – 2:33 pm -

HIGHROADIII

HIGHROADIII

Nashville, Tenn  Gospel trio HIGHROADIII has released a new concept video featuring their hit song “Don’t Weep For Me” which was produced by award-winning producer Ben Isaacs. The song, penned by group members Anna Grace Shideler, Kiley Phillips, Sarah Davison, and Bass player Stephen Wilder is already creating quite a stir on YouTube.

The video was shot by Israel Anthem and Jared Rauso with all of the concept material envisioned by HIGHROADIII group members. The idea of fans sharing photos of  loved ones who have passed on caught on quickly and an avalanche of pictures came in for the group to choose from. The photos are placed in albums as the video progresses.

Singer and keyboard player, Sarah Davison commented, “We have been so blessed by the hand of the Lord lately. As long as God is opening doors for us to minster, we will gladly step through them to do what he has for us to do.”

The group was also recently asked to perform before a packed house of 4,000 people at the Singing In the Sun concert in Myrtle Beach, SC where they were warmly received.

Nashville’s First New Years Baby HIGHROADIII’s Anna Grace Shideler Has Baby Girl

Nashville, Tenn (January 2, 2015) Is there any better way to kick off the New Year than to have a beautiful baby girl? While everyone may not celebrate the New Year this way, that’s exactly what Nathan and Anna Grace Shideler did to start 2015.

Emily Joy Shideler came into this world on January 1st, 2015 at 3:09AM in Nashville, TN.  Weighing 6 lbs 11oz and 18 inches long Emily Joy made more than a little excitement for everyone around.

It would seem that Emily Joy’s parents became so bored at watching their favorite team, Georgia Tech getting beat by Mississppi State in a New Years Eve Orange Bowl Football game that Anna Grace Shideler’s water broke in the third quarter.

Anna Grace’s water broke around 9:30PM, but around 2:30AM they decided to get to the hospital. At 3:09AM little Emily Joy was born. That was perfect timing.

Emily Joy was the first baby born in Nashville for the year 2015, so most of the Television news crews showed up to cover the story.

With lots of cameras in the room, Anna Grace stated “News Channel 5, News Channel 4, Fox 17 News, and The Tennessean have all stopped by to get some pictures and video of our little treasure. She has had quite the first day of life!”.

Anna Grace sings and plays fiddle for the very popular Gospel group HIGHROADIII. With the group off for a Christmas break Emily Joy chose the perfect time to make her entrance to the group.

HIGHROADIII group member Kiley Phillips commented, “I’m so happy for Anna Grace and Nathan and cannot wait to meet their sweet little girl. She is already so loved by so many and her parents will be some of the best.”

Sarah Davison, singer and keyboard player for HIGHROADIII, said, “We couldn’t be more excited for Anna Grace and her husband Nathan! Emily Joy is sure to be a joy to us all and we can’t wait to spoil her rotten! God is so good.”

HIGHROADIII At Dollywood

Written by SGN Scoops Staff on October 14, 2014 – 8:32 am -

HIGHROADIII

HIGHROADIII

Pigeon Forge, TN  HIGHROADIII had the privilege of singing at Dollywood September 30 and October 1st. The group performed at the Back Porch Theater and had a full house for almost all of the 8 shows.

The group played all of the songs on their current project which was produced by Ben Isaacs as well as some ragtime and fiddle tunes. Their enthusiasm for the music they perform is always contagious to the audience they are playing and singing to.

HIGHROADIII played back-to-back concerts both days lasting 30 minutes each at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30, captivating the audience with each performance. The energy filled execution of each song kept those in attendance glued to their seats. The country/bluegrass feel of their music seemed like a natural fit for Dollywood.

Lead singer and keyboardist Sarah Davison commented “We enjoyed playing at Dollywood so much and look forward to the opportunity to play there again soon. We met some wonderful folks from all over the world and it was so encouraging to see their reactions to our music, especially our original songs. We want to thank everyone on staff for their hard work to keep Gospel music thriving at Dollywood.”
