The group was established in 1970.  Many miles have come and gone since then but the group still has the same goal to meet, spreading God’s love through song. GVC has many national recordings to their credit and maintains an extensive concert schedule. Audiences will be blessed to hear all the new songs recorded on this project, composed by the likes of Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams Sr., Ralph Stanley and Gerald Crabb to name a few.

“We believe it is the band’s best recording to date. They just keep getting better every time!” states studio manager, Holly Robinson-Blanton.

The album was produced by the incredibly talent, David Johnson of North Wilkesboro, NC and Johnson also appearing as a guest musician on the recording playing fiddle. Group leader, Butch Cook is featured on baritone vocals, mandolin and guitar; banjo, lead and tenor vocals are provided by Mr. Clint Houser; David Heavner sings lead and tenor as well and compliments the album with mandolin and guitar; Gary Heavner is featured on the upright bass and Edward Bailey also plays guitar.
