Stage is Being Set For…..WORLD PREMIERE GOSPEL CONCERT 2012 in Pigeon Forge

World Premiere Gospel Concert of 2012 will have over 100 great performers in southern gospel quartets, trios, duets and solos on stage at the Grand Resort Convention Center Monday, August 27^th , Tuesday, August 28^th  and Wednesday, August 29^th.

Tim Lovelace will be the host for this awesome 3-day event.  Each day there will be two four-hour shows with the first one starting at 1:00 PM and ending at 5:00 PM.  The second show will begin at 7:00 PM and end around 11:00 PM. Six great shows in all will thrill any gospel music lover. Popular demand has made this the 16^th year of this filmed-for-television event.

An added feature this year will be a chapel service each mornings at 10:00.  There will be praise and worship and sharing of the Word by various ministers.

There will be 100+ great gospel singers as well as special surprise guest appearances with other stars and comedy acts.  A few of the groups performing are Tim Lovelace, Chuck Wagon Gang, Harvesters Quartet, Allison Durham Speer, Heirline, HisSong, Wilburn and Wilburn, Naomi and The Segos, Beyond The Ashes, Diplomats, Driven Quartet, Three Bridges, Weston & Christy Hinson, Ann Downing and many, many more.

Dates and Featured Performers Announced For 13th Annual Absolutely Gospel Music Fest

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – (June 13, 2012) – The administrators of AbsolutelyGospel.com are proud to announce the dates and talent line-up for the 13^th Annual Absolutely Gospel Music Fest.

“Once again, we are so excited about bringing in some of the biggest artists in our industry to the area for a weeklong festival of Gospel music! Every year we get more and more artists who ask to be a part of the Music Fest, and this year is no different! We know that everyone is going to love the talent line up we have this year!”

This year’s Music Fest is set to run from Monday, July 16, 2012 through Friday, July 20, 2012. The event will again be held at the River of Life Church in Smyrna, Tennessee and is absolutely free to the public.

Sisters, Tribute Quartet, and Three Bridges Complete List of Performers for 2012 Absolutely Gospel Music Awards

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – (March 12, 2012) – The administrators and staff of AbsolutelyGospel.com (formerly SoGospelNews.com) are proud to announce the final list of performers for the 2012 Absolutely Gospel Music Awards.

Sisters, Tribute Quartet, and Three Bridges were recently added to the already strong life of performers for the upcoming event. It was announced last this that this year’s performers also included The Isaacs, Karen Peck & New River, Gold City, The Perrys, The Bowling Family, Wilburn & Wilburn, Beyond the Ashes, Southern Sound, and Mark209. In addition, Jeff & Sheri Easter are spearheading a multi-artist tribute to a legend in the Gospel music industry (like the 2010 tribute to The Singing Cookes).

Karen Peck Gooch will also be performing “Mighty High” from the Joyful Noise soundtrack with an all-star choir made up of multiple nominees in this year’s Absolutely Gospel Music Awards. Read more »
