(Nashville, TN)… StowTown Records co-founder Wayne Haun is a very busy man this Christmas season.  While continuing to wear the many hats of producing, arranging, and songwriting, he has recently been on the road as an artist, promoting his brand new Christmas project, Sentimental Season.

Haun made three personal visits in the past month to LifeWay Christian Stores in both Fort Worth, TX, and Augusta, GA, as well as taking part in a special event at Cedar Springs Christian Bookstores in his hometown of Knoxville, TN, on Black Friday.
“Retail is the lifeblood for a record company, making sure that we’re represented all over the world,” said Haun. “I have really enjoyed the opportunity to meet store managers, buyers and even owners while promoting this recording.”
The multi-nominated Grammy and Dove Award artist performed many of the

songs on the album and visited with numerous fans throughout the retail tour.

“As always, it’s good to meet and spend time with fans, both old and new. Without them, we’re all out of a job,” added Haun. “And I have to admit that I still get a thrill out of seeing our product on the shelves when I visit the stores. It’s such an encouragement to keep moving forward.”
With that nostalgic Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, and Dean Martin 1940’s-style sound, co-writers Joel Lindsey, Jeff Bumgardner, Tony Wood, and mother Shelby Haun all pitched in to help create this exceptional project.
Christmas favorites like the Louis Armstrong classic “What A Wonderful World” and a beautifully-crafted duet with fellow StowTown gospel artist TaRanda Greene singing “The Christmas Song” helps highlight the album.
StowTown’s Ernie Haase and Signature Sound mix in their harmony and Christmas spirit. Meanwhile, Haun’s grandmother, mother, and sister add a special and emotional family rendition of “Beautiful Star of Bethlehem”.
Via Provident Distribution, the album hit the market in October and is now available online, through digital outlets and general market retailers, and at Christian Bookstores everywhere.
Sentimental Season will also be featured in a Christmas special on Sirius/XM’s Enlighten (channel 65) Saturday, December 20. Haun’s special will air at 8:00pm EST & 5:00pm PST and will then be rebroadcast throughout the next week.
