Knoxville, TN-Â Shannon and Kayla Shelby would like to announce the birth of 
their daughter Annabelle Rose. Annabelle was born December 27, 2011 at 7:38 PM, she weighed 7lbs. 14 oz. and was 21 inches long. Shannon sings with Sanctuary recording artist Eternal Vision.
