Remembering Pearl Harbor Day

December 7th, 1941 Pearl Harbor

Today, we pause to remember the courage and commitment of all servicemen and servicewomen to our country.

The surprise raid the morning of Dec. 7, 1941, killed nearly 2,400. It crippled the U.S. fleet, destroying or damaging 21 ships and more than 300 planes. Beyond the immediate horror, the “day of infamy” as President Franklin D. Roosevelt proclaimed it, marked the entrance of our nation into World War II.

Join us at SGN SCOOPS  as we remember Pearl Harbor Day and we pray for our country today.

The United States Air Force Band has struck a note again … this time at Union Station, Washington D.C..
