In addition to the evening concerts, a plethora of events and activities await the thousands of gospel music fans throughout the week including the Singing News Fan Awards, Dr. David Jeremiah’s keynote address and more.
Clarke Beasley, Executive Vice President, states: “We are looking forward to another great NQC in Pigeon Forge, and we are confident that attendees and participants will agree that NQC is truly a Gospel Music experience like no other.”
NQC – the National Quartet Convention – was founded in 1957 by gospel music legend and former backup vocalist for Elvis Presley, J.D. Sumner who co-produced the event with James Blackwood. The annual convention was moved in later years to Nashville, TN and then to Louisville, KY where it was held for 20 years.
