(October 15, 2014) –  The Inspirational Country Music Association is gearing up for its annual ICM Faith, Family & CountryTM Week & Awards to be held in Music City on Nov. 9-13, 2014. Each year, the convention honoring the biggest names and showcasing emerging talent in Inspirational and Christian Country Music draws thousands of music fans, media and top-industry executives for a wide array of activities held throughout Nashville. Saturday, November 8, 1:00-4:00 p.m.–ICM-Week will be partnering with McDonald’s for the ICM Preview Party and Grand Re-opening of the historic Opryland location (201 Rudy’s Circle, Nashville). Bring the family and enjoy live music from ICM artists, face painting, balloon artists and giveaways. World-renowned NANCY comic strip illustrator and writer, Guy Gilchrist will be on site drawing and interacting with guests.

Sunday, November 9, 6:30 p.m.–Nightly concerts will kickoff with the Honky Tonkin’ Jubilee (featuring The Roys, Melanie Walker, Jesse Lee Jones, JoAnn Cash, Jayc Harold, Dennis Agajanian, The Wacaster Family and more) at The Nashville Palace (2611 McGavock Pike, Nashville).

Monday through Wednesday, November 9-12, 6:30 p.m.Nightly Concerts at the Nashville Palace will feature over 15 award-winning artists each night, including: Tommy Brandt, Mary James, Russ Murphy, Chareé White, Greg McDougal, Kristina Craig, Kali Rose, Larissa, Branded, Chuck Hancock and many more.

Tuesday, November 11, 11:30 a.m.2:00 p.m.The Power Source No. 1 Party and Media Appreciation Luncheon will return to the Wildhorse Saloon (120 2nd Ave. S., Nashville) and feature entertainment by Chareé White and Rick Patterson.

Thursday, November 13, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. (red carpet arrivals begin at 5:30 p.m.)–As always, the conference will culminate with the ICM Faith, Family & CountryTM Music Awards to be held at Cornerstone Nashville (726 W. Old Hickory Blvd., Madison). Megan Alexander of “Inside Edition” will return as host, alongside Grammy®award-winning comedic Country legend Ray Stevens. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this year’s award show nominees include such notables as Vince Gill, Guy Penrod, Lady Antebellum, Rhonda Vincent, The Isaacs, Scotty McCreery, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, The Roys and more! Russ Murphy leads the nominations with five nods. Tommy Brandt follows with four.
