Seattle, WA (October 11, 2012) – Rob Patz of Coastal Media Group and SGN Scoops has announced the addition of Watts, Rowsey and Bean to the lineup of Creekside Gospel Music Convention, to be held October 29 through 31 at Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Nicole Watts Jenkins, John Darin Rowsey and Gina Bean recently formed one of the most talented new trios in Gospel music. Fans will be able to experience this exciting trio in person at the 2012 Diamond Awards presentation on October 30, 2012.
“We’re delighted for the opportunity to be a part of such a great event that honors the music and the artists we love so much,” said Dove-award winning singer/songwriter John Darin Rowsey, who traveled with Karen Peck and New River for four years.
Nicole Watts Jenkins is a multiple Singing News award nominee, having performed with The Perrys for seven years. “I am so excited to be performing on the Diamond Awards again this year!” said Watts Jenkins. “We are looking forward to spending time with our fans and friends in beautiful Pigeon Forge.”
Joining Rowsey and Watts Jenkins is acclaimed singer/songwriter Gina Bean. Watts, Rowsey and Bean recently released their debut single to radio, “Turn Your Radio On”. Rob Patz interviewed the trio during last month’s National Quartet Convention, and he noted that the group has a seasoned, exciting sound that showcases three amazing voices.
“We are thrilled to welcome Watts, Rowsey and Bean to the 2012 Diamond Awards presentation. We know this group of awesome vocalists will be a terrific addition to the
program,” said Patz.
