Heflin, Alabama -Â Southern Gospel Trio, Hope’s Journey from Heflin, Alabama announce Lauren Huckabee as new addition to the group.
Lauren and her family reside in Rossville, Georgia. 26 year old Lauren has been singing gospel music since she was 4 years old. She joined her first gospel group in 2013.
The final audition was held at Gat3 Midsouth in Gadsden, Alabama last night. There were a total of 13 talented singers that auditioned for the positions.
Vonda Easley, group owner and manager, said, “I am very excited about the addition of Lauren’s vocal to the group and I can’t wait for everyone to meet her.” Although Hope’s Journey has been searching for a bass singer as well, she stated that “we are not ready to make that announcement yet.”
Hope’s Journey plans to continue traveling as a trio until the quartet is in place….
