Nashville, TN (August 12, 2013) Country Gospel singer extraordinaire, Rene’ Jones, has been nominated for a 
plethora of awards recognizing his ability to not only sing a song, but communicate the Gospel through every song he sings.
Rene’ stated “I am so honored and humbled by receiving all these nominations. I have dedicated my life, along with my wife Edie, to share this Gospel of Christ with everyone we possibly can. These awards nominations help us understand that we are actually seeing some success in our efforts of presenting the Gospel.â€
Rene’s wife Edie said, “I am so proud of my husband. He works so hard to be the best that he can be, and the man you see on stage is the man he is at home.†Edie was also nominated as the second part of the Duet of the Year nomination.
With a total of nine nomination from three different impressive organizations, Rene is among the most nominated artists in the Country Gospel genre.

The 2013 AMG Heritage Awards will be a star-studded, red carpet event taking place on November 9th a the Broadcast Group Studios and Theater in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This year’s awards show will be hosted by Grammy Award-Winning Legend, Chubby Checker.
