Hendersonville, Tenn (September 19, 2014) – Tim Parton has been named the third member of the Jim Brady Trio in a touching must-see video announcement released over social media. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECm7rR4fXz4  The group starts recording on their debut album immediately and will appear in concert nationwide beginning in January 2015.

Parton is best known to Southern Gospel audiences as the pianist for Legacy Five, where he moved audiences nightly with his vocal performance of “God’s Been Good.”  He has also played for the Gaither Vocal Band, Gold City, the Speer Family, Vestal Goodman, and others.  His vocal blend and instrumentation will help create an amazing new sound that will be the Jim Brady Trio.

Jim Brady commented, “In all of my years of following gospel music, Tim Parton is one of the nicest and most talented individuals I’ve ever met.  He’s an amazing musician and producer, a heartfelt singer, and a great man.  Melissa and I are excited to have him on our team!”

In a related announcement, the Booth Brothers added Paul Lancaster to fill the spot vacated by Jim Brady.  Lancaster will join the Booth Brothers at the end of 2014.  Lancaster’s powerful and blending vocals will fit perfectly with the Booth Brothers family harmony.  For more information on Paul Lancaster, visit www.boothbrothers.com.
