Debra Perry & Jaidyns Call Performs on NQC Main Stage

{EHA-Nashville, TN} Debra Perry & Jaidyns Call of Dahlonega, GA was featured on the main stage of the National Quartet Convention this past week as part of the Regional Artist Showcase selection. Debra was part of the multi-award-winning family, the Perry’s; and she reunites with siblings, Libbi Perry-Stuffle and Randy Perry, each year for the Gold Rush Days & Gospel Gold Jubilee in their hometown of Dahlonega, GA. Debra’s husband, Christopher Reed, has also been involved in the music ministry for many years with groups; such as, the Toney Brothers and Blackwood Legacy. Chris and Debra added Grant Gibson to the group last year. He is from Jasper, AL and is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Their latest project, Circumstances, is another example of many years of dedication paying off with a broadening fan-base. Jaidyn’s Call Changes Name to Debra Perry & Jaidyn’s Call

Bev McCann Sings About God’s Never Ending Love On Mont Eagle Records Debut

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – (October 5, 2011) – Southern Gospel/Christian country singer/songwriter Bev McCann is excited to announce the release of her brand new recording – Love Never Ending.  Love Never Ending is the debut release from McCann on her new label home – Homeland Inspiration Group’s Christian country imprint Mont Eagle Records.
 “I am so excited about the release of this new record,” remarked Bev. “This album has been a real labor of love with a constant shift of producers and record labels. I’m so glad that I finally landed at Mont Eagle Records.”
 Love Never Ending was produced by Scott Godsey (Toney Brothers) and Nick Bruno (Booth Brothers). In addition to Godsey, the album was engineered by Anthony Johnson. The album features many of the industry’s top session musicians including Bruno, Kelly Back, Bruce Watkins, Duncan Mullins, Rob Tripp, and Scott Sanders.
 McCann penned an impressive 10 of the 11 cuts on the record, including personal testimonials like “Child of the King,” “Hear My Cry,” and “I Need You More.”
 “God gave me so many great songs for this recording,” mentioned Bev. “His inspiration was amazing, and I’m thankful that He would allow someone like me to write these songs.”
 The debut single from the recording, “Hear My Cry,” was shipped to Southern Gospel radio several weeks ago and is impacting radio now.

From The Toney Brothers Please pray for George Amon, He had completed the treatments a while ago, and was waiting for some more tests. The PET scan results came back today, and they want him to see a surgeon. Tell EVERYONE you know and add him to EVERY prayer list, and prayer chain that you can. I appreciate the men that I travel with, Kasey, Jake, and Josh, but we need George Amon to be complete. Thanks.

Jake Sammons and Derrick Boyd Join The Toney Brothers

Nashville TN- Homeland Recording artist The Toney Brothers announced today
that effective immediately, Jake Sammons, and Derrick Boyd, are joining
The Toney Brothers.

Jake Sammons will be singing baritone, and playing the keyboard, and
Derrick Boyd, will be singing tenor. Jake will be filling in for George
Amon Webster unitl he is able to return, after that time, Jake will remain
with the group, as a vocalist and as pianist as well.

These gentlemen are no strangers to Gospel Music Fans. Sammons spent four
years as lead vocalist with The Toney Brothers during the time when the
quartet had such Top 20 singles as “Gonna Make My Getaway” and “Mercy Came
Down”.  Jake then spent several more years as Music Director and morning
drive host at WPOS Southern Gospel Radio in the Toledo Ohio market.

Boyd is one of Gospel Music Fans favorite all time tenors.  He has spent
over 20 years with such groups as the Dixie Melody Boys, Heaven Bound and
The Kingsmen.  Both of these men are welcome additions to the group and
they are looking forward to being back on the road seeing the fans at all
Toney Brother appearances.

Work is already underway for the new Homeland recording to be released
this fall, and the first single with this dynamite group “Just As He Is”
written by Dianne Wilkinson has just been shipped to radio.   The Toney
Brothers are also regular guest artists on the new nationally syndicated
Television program “Brush Arbor Jubilee” which can be seen throughout
various markets each weekend.   National Quartet Convention Fans will get
an opportunity to hear this group on Thursday afternoon at the Featured
Artist Showcase.

Homeland Records Signs The Toney Brothers

Nashville, TN- Homeland Records ( a div. of Homeland Entertainment Group) announces their latest artist signed to the Homeland Label; The Legendary Toney Brothers of Gallatin, TN.   The Toney Brothers have been a staple artist in Gospel Music for almost 55 years and still perform in over 250 venues per year.  Group manager Terry Toney who has been with the quartet since 1972 still has a vision and passion to carry the torch that  his father and three uncles began in 1955.  Throughout their longevity of their career, the group has traveled millions of miles and have had numerous chart singles.  Their fans not only appreciate their prominent harmonies but also their sincerity at leading people to Jesus Christ and encouraging lyrics in today’s society.

The current lineup consists of Terry Toney singing bass, Gospel Music Veteran George Amon Webster (formerly of the Cathedral Quartet and Heartland Boys) singing baritone, Lead Vocalist Kasey Kemp (formerly of Naomi and The Segos) and newest member Judson Horner; tenor vocalist (also formerly of the Naomi and the Segos).

The Toney Brothers are currently in the studio beginning work on the yet to be titled project that is set to release on July 20th.  The project will include a few new songs combined with traditional quartet favorites.  This will be accompanied by a new DVD release as well from the Brush Arbor Jubilee Television series produced by Homeland Entertainment.  The Toney Brothers will be a regular featured artist on Brush Arbor Jubilee which begins airing nationwide on networks and cable television stations late spring and early summer.  Check the Brush Arbor Jubilee website for updates on scheduled listings.
