Nashville, Tennessee    The blessings continue for Randy and Wendi Pierce, a husband and wife duo from Nashville Tennessee. They are a top ten finalist in the 2016 Diamond Awards, nominated for Duet of the Year, while their newest single, “The Work of a Carpenter,” continues to garner radio play across the country, and was recently released in video form.

When asked about the song “The Work of a Carpenter,” Wendi Pierce said, “The writer, Greg McDougal, is a great Christian man. He has a wonderful family with an amazing story. We were very honored to be able to record “The Work of a Carpenter” on our latest project. This song tells a great story of how Jesus molds the life of an everyday man.”  Randy and Wendi are excited to share the video of this song, expanding the impact of its inspirational message. The Diamond Awards are presented each fall during a special ceremony, part of the Creekside Gospel Music Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The awards are totally fan based. Randy and Wendi Pierce Sign Publicity Agreement with TS Promotions and Publicity

Nashville, Tennessee   Randy and Wendi Pierce, a husband and wife duo from Nashville Tennessee, have signed a promotions and publicity agreement with TS Promotions and Publicity.

The duo is no stranger to radio with charting songs dating back to 2011. Their first single, Gordon Jenson’s “Tears Are a Language,” remained in the Southern Gospel charts for 6 months. After singing together since 2000, in 2012 Randy and Wendi relocated from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Nashville, Tennessee to expand their ministry and be centrally located in the Gospel Music hot spot of the south.

They have just released their new single, “The Work of a Carpenter,” to radio. The song is from their current project, “Where I Belong,“ and is sure to be a favorite among Southern Gospel and Country Gospel listeners nationwide.

“I am excited to see what the future holds for Randy and Wendi. They are a very talented husband and wife who have a heart for the gospel, and a desire to get their music and ministry out there,” said Jim Robinette of TS Promotions and Publicity. The new agreement will allow Randy and Wendi to concentrate on their music and presentation, while Roger Spears and Jim Robinette will work to gain attention to the talent and ministry of the Pierces.

The Feature Group is The Apostles, and Ken and Jean Grady host southern gospel news and concert updates. Ken and Jean visit Eastvue Baptist Church, in Joplin, MO, to hear The Goulds sing. Jean reviews a new CD by Randy and Wendi Pierce, and the show features singing by Wendy Word & Forgiven and Paul’s Journey. Randy and Wendi Pierce Release Single “I’ll Fly Away”

{EHA-Nashville, TN} Popular Tulsa, OK duet, Randy and Wendi Pierce, announce their latest radio release, “I’ll Fly Away,” being promoted through Patterson Promotions. The song is already a fan favorite and the upbeat arrangement typically gets the crowd to their feet. Pauline Patterson notes, “I have been blessed to work for Randy and Wendi in getting their songs to radio in the past. When they released “Tears are a Language,” we saw their audience widen. Ken and I are honored to get to work with them in 2012.” (The song has remained at the top of the Southern Gospel Times Top 40 chart and consistently at the #1 position for several months.) The couple notes their goal is “to help the lost find Jesus and to encourage the saved.” Randy and Wendi are members of the USAGEM in Nashville and are managed by EHA-Nashville. They appeared on Music Row at the organization’s 2011 Birthday Bash concert. “I’ll Fly Away” was released to radio on P.P. Vol. 7  this month and is already receiving positive feedback. exclusive radio promotions contract this week with Patterson Promotions. The song, “Steps,” written by Larry Gatlin, will go out to over 700 radio stations via Pauline Patterson. The harmonious duet participated in the Branson Gospel Music Convention (now known as Branson Gospel Revival) and performed in a regional showcase at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, KY in September 2010. Pauline Patterson says, “We are so happy to make the acquaintance of this talented husband and wife team and we’re excited to assist them with their ministry.” The duet recently visited EHA on Music Row and signed a management agreement. Their latest project is produced by Jim Brady.
