Randy & Heidi Gunn & the Gunnpoint Band Share Free Gifts for Local Organizations That Serve ‘At Risk’ Youth

Nov. 23, 2010 /Christian Newswire/ – The Matthews House, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Realities for Children, The Open Door Mission, Outreach Center for Crossroads Safe House, and Project Self-Sufficiency all received invitations to attend a free GunnPoint’s Colorado Christmas Concert on December 2, 3:30 pm, at the Rialto Theater in Loveland CO, in a special performance just for them. This performance precedes the regular ticked performance from 7:30 to 9 pm.

GunnPoint has created a memory-filled musical and comedic event which celebrates the classic Christmas celebrations of days gone by. The true joy and meaning of Christmas will come to life with songs like: Winter Wonderland, O Holy Night, Colorado Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock and many more. A “Christmas Happening” guaranteed to lift the spirit and touch the heart!

Heidi Gunn shares, “It’s especially for all the staff that work so hard all year long, and for all of the people they help … those who may not have the means to go to anything ‘extra’ this year, we want to share our love for them during this Season of Love, Christmas.”

Besides this free concert, and the GunnPoint donation of music downloads & physical albums to these organizations, Randy & Heidi would also encourage the media across the nation, to highlight & support the fine work that these “type” of organizations do in most every community by helping our “at risk” youth.

Randy and Heidi and the GunnPoint Band perform Cowboy Churches, Concerts, and Services at major Cowboy events. Randy, also known as the “Pistol Packin’ Preacher”, uses horse training principles and concepts to present the gospel of Christ. He demonstrates through the patient training of a horse, how our will and “plans” keep us from God’s will and greater “plan” for our life. These simple lessons dramatically teach that when we submit to God, our life becomes meaningful and His purpose is fulfilled in us. GunnPoint presents a very fun and energized service, drawing in cowboys who might otherwise never attend a church. One commonly heard quote from cowboys young and old is, “If church was like that all of the time, I would never miss a service!”
