“It’s a Harmony Road Christmas” Scheduled to Air Beginning this Weekend
Written by SGN Scoops Staff on December 15, 2016 – 8:38 am -Signal Mountain, TN One of the most requested episodes of Harmony Road TV, “It’s a Harmony Road Christmas,” is scheduled to air during the next 2 weeks. Taped live inside a cabin at Jim Oliver’s Smokehouse in Monteagle, Tennessee, the program features performances from Caanan’s Crossing, Randy and Sheri Miller, and John R. Bowman, along with Troy Engle.
The episode also features touching Christmas memories from several of the artists, as well as host Les Butler reading the Christmas story from the Book of Luke.
“This special program is different from previous episodes in that it’s taped in front of a live audience, and is totally acoustic. It was a special evening full of great music and stories”, said Roger Spears, Harmony Road producer. “Since the program first aired, we have received many positive comments, and several requests to re air this special program.”
Music on the program include classic carols and newer songs including “New Kid in Town,” “Away in a Manger,” and “Tennessee Christmas.”
Allan Rhodes did the camerawork and editing for the program. Bill Lord assisted with sound, and Ivy and Nathan Swann provided still photos. The staff at Jim Oliver’s Smokehouse assisted with the location.
This episode is part of a series of classic Harmony Road TV programs airing in anticipation of the new season, set to begin in early January. The new season will feature new music, new look and new hosts.

Signal Mountain, TN (November 25, 2015) Harmony Road TV will air its original production, “It’s a Harmony Road Christmas,” beginning this weekend. The program features live, acoustic music from Canaan’s Crossing, Randy and Sherri Miller. and John Bowman, accompanied by Troy Engle. Produced inside a log cabin at Jim Oliver’s Smokehouse in Monteagle, Tennessee, this special episode also includes Les Butler with a special reading of the Christmas story from the Gospel of Luke.
Viewers will enjoy songs, including “There’s a New Kid in Town,” “Tennessee Christmas,” “Away in a Manger,” and more. Butler and several of the artists also share their Christmas memories.

Harmony Road Finalist in 2015 Diamond Awards

The Awards will be presented during a special presentation on November 3rd, as part of the Creekside Gospel Music Convention, in Pigeon Forge, TN. Voting continues through September 14, 2015 at www.sgnscoops.com.

This Week’s Harmony Road Features “Weep No More” from Canton Junction

Other songs on the program include “The King is Coming Medley,” from the Mark Trammel Quartet, Back Home and their challenging video “Birmingham,” and “I’ll Keep on Praying,” from Heaven’s Mountain Band.
“Weep No More” is also featured on the soon to be released soundtrack from the movie, “Four Blood Moons.”

Noah Hinshaw’s “The View From Heaven” Wins Video of the Year

It’s been seen on several television programs and has received tens of thousands of online views. “The View From Heaven” was penned by Hinshaw.
Noah Hinshaw is a 16 year old singer, songwriter and preacher from Winchester, Tennessee. He is currently completing his second CD which is being produced by Dove Award winner, Kevin Ward, for Song Garden Music Group. Find out more about Noah and his ministry at www.noahhinshaw.com.
