Nashville, Tennessee – Harmony Road TV will begin its fifth season this fall with significant changes to the program. These include a series of revolving hosts, along with a new logo, graphics and theme music. The program, now available to over 90 million homes nationwide, will continue to air current and classic gospel music videos and timely interviews. There is also a new production and promotions team in place.
Recently, host Les Butler and Technical Director Allan Rhodes have decided to pursue other opportunities. Allan will continue with Rhodes Media Center, providing professional video production services to clients in many industries, including gospel ministries. Les will concentrate on Butler Music Group, and associated businesses, working with many southern gospel artists, helping further their ministries. Harmony Road TV Executive Producer, Roger Spears said “I wish both Allan and Les well in their endeavors, and know you will be seeing much more from both of them in the future, as they continue to use their talents to spread the Gospel. I appreciate their dedication and friendship over these past few years”.
With every unexpected change, comes unique opportunity. Beginning this fall, viewers will see an exciting and updated version of Harmony Road TV.
Spears recently teamed up with Rob Patz, and the team at SGNScoops.com. to insure growth and innovation as the program moves forward. This group of professionals provides many years of television, production and publicity experience, in both secular and Christian media. The new Harmony Road TV Technical Producer, handling the camerawork and editing, is Rob Walls of Varnish Films. When asked about the program, Rob Patz said, “Television is a fantastic way to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world and I’m excited that it I have the opportunity to work with Rob Walls and Roger Spears on Harmony Road TV”. Other professionals supporting Harmony Road TV also include webmaster Danny Joines, and the experts at TS-Promotions and Publicity.
The most noticeable change in the program will include a revolving series of hosts. Recently, Harmony Road TV produced several new programs which are scheduled to begin airing in the fall. Spears said “We were able to work with some exciting and entertaining individuals and groups from various areas of gospel music. These include top songwriters, solo artists, groups, a media executive, and an inspirational speaker. We look forward to sharing these new episodes with our viewers.” The programs were shot at the Mansion Studios in Franklin, TN as well as Jim Oliver’s Smokehouse in Monteagle, TN.
