Nashville, TN  Tammy Jones Robinette’s successful run continues with nominations in five categories for the 2016 IBMA Awards. Tammy has been nominated for Album of the Year with Tammy Jones Robinette & The Drive, Gospel Recorded Performance of the Year with “I Think I’ll Let You Drive” and “I’ve Got To Work On The Ark,” Emerging Artist Of The Year, Recorded Event Of The Year and Female Vocalist Of The Year. What an honor. Tammy’s Management team leader, Les Butler adds, “If you are a member of the IBMA, we would appreciate your support.” As a member of the IBMA, you can vote online starting August 10 at 9 a.m.

Tammy Jones Robinette has also been nominated for the 2016 Diamond Awards for Favorite Female Bluegrass Artist, Bluegrass Album of the Year, and Bluegrass Gospel Group of the Year. Most recently, she has appeared at the “Bluegrass & BBQ” festival at Silver Dollar City with her all-star band, The Drive and released two big hits to radio. “I Think I’ll Let You Drive” came in at #2 on the Singing News Bluegrass chart and her new single release “I’ve Got To Work on The Ark” is expected to make a similar impact. To top it all off, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver recently recorded two of her songs “Best Friend” and “Burden Bearer” on their new album; naming their album Burden Bearer after the latter. Tammy Jones Robinette has already had such a busy year and her success is only expected to continue.
